Binding Acceptance
By accessing ailabhub.pro and utilizing our predictive platform, you signify your irrevocable consent to these Terms of Service. AILabHub reserves the right to modify these parameters at intervals correlating with Canadian regulatory shifts. Continued use following industrial updates constitutes acceptance of revised frameworks.
Intellectual Laboratory Property
All proprietary algorithms, synthetic modeling structures, and predictive visualization interfaces remain the exclusive property of AILabHub. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interpret generated insights for internal strategic capital allocation only. Reproduction of our modeling skeletal structures is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be settled within the Vancouver Court of Justice.
Service Availability
Predictive growth modeling requires 99.9% data integrity. AILabHub does not guarantee uninterrupted access during critical algorithmic recalibrations or scheduled maintenance cycles necessary to maintain intelligence precision.
AILabHub provides predictive modeling services based on historical data inputs and advanced architectural algorithms. While we strive for extreme precision, the inherent volatility of global markets means no model can be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of future performance.
Liability Ceiling
AILabHub’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our analytics output is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific consulting session or modeling cycle in question.
Exogenous Variables
We are not liable for "black swan" events or external market variables that remain outside the statistical scope of the datasets provided by the enterprise client.

User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that all metadata and reporting logs submitted to AILabHub are accurate and obtained in compliance with regional privacy standards. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately if suspicious or non-standard data patterns indicative of fraud or illegal source extraction are detected.

Specific operational boundaries for user accounts, consultant access, and computational resource management.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their predictive lab credentials. AILabHub enforces multi-factor authentication for all enterprise-tier access.
Unauthorized sharing of modeling outputs with third-party competitors constitutes a direct breach of contract and will result in immediate termination of the intelligence stream.
